Nancy & Stephen LaPointe
Owners
In an everchanging world, where some individuals cannot speak for themselves, Nancy and Steve make it their goal to spread kindness everyday to whoever needs it, however they need it.
Nancy and Steve have become the voices of hundreds of people over the many years that All Pointe has been open. They are always ready to help individuals strengthen their abilities by providing emotional support, allowing them to be better employees, and members of their families, communities, etc.
Together they believe, “If you give a man a fish, he’ll eat for a day. If you teach a man to fish, he’ll eat for life.”

Sandra Trela-Selmont
Chief Financial Officer
Sandra oversees the financial and strategic management of All Pointe, with responsibilities that include financial reporting, long-term business planning, and program oversight. She joined All Pointe in 2012, bringing with her more than a decade of experience. After graduating from Quinnipiac, she became a Certified Public Accountant in 2009. She enjoys being part of All Pointe because of the meaningful impact the organization has on the community and the genuine dedication the staff shows toward their individuals.
Sandra enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She’s an avid board game enthusiast and a dedicated fan of Quinnipiac hockey.

Carrie Czekeirda
Director of Community and Family Support Services
In her role as the Director of Community and Family Support Services, Carrie is able to provide much needed services to families and youth in the community. Her department provides services that include Parent Education, Supervised Visitation, Support Staff, Therapeutic Support Staff, Community Based Life Skills (CBLS) and One to One supports in various settings. In addition, she oversees the interim staffing services for group homes, day programs and residential facilities.
Carrie has been part of the All Pointe Care team since February of 2006.
Carrie enjoys the opportunity to work with and support children, families and the community by providing qualified staff and programs that will meet the individualized needs of each family, program and individual they support.
In her spare time, Carrie enjoys the outdoors and spending quality time with family and friends.

Tabbetha Rivers
Director of the Autism Services Department
Tabbetha oversees the Autism Department, which includes BCBA’s, Licensed Clinicians, and Behavior Technicians who provide in home Applied Behavior Analysis to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Tabbetha joined All Pointe’s team as a Master’s level Behaviorist in 2009. She loved it so much that she decided to go back to school to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and became the Director of Autism Services in October 2016.
She received a Masters of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and completed her Board Certification in Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology.
Tabbetha’s favorite part about her job is the family atmosphere with her co-workers. It continues to make every day worthwhile and fulfilling even after 10 years here.

Kari Lynn
Director of Human Resources
Kari has been a cornerstone of All Pointe Care since 2019, originally joining as a Recruiter. Her adaptability and leadership quickly propelled her into key roles including DDS Manager and now HR Director. Throughout her tenure, Kari has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to the organization’s mission and a talent for navigating complex challenges with empathy and precision.
Outside of work, Kari’s life is full of energy and heart. She’s a proud mom of six and cherishes time spent with her kids—whether it’s family outings or walking her daughter’s dog. And when it’s game time, don’t underestimate her competitive streak: Kari is a fierce Setback player who never backs down from a challenge at the card table.

Shaina Robinson
Case Manager
Shaina has been a dedicated member of the All Pointe Care team for eight years. As one of the Program Coordinators of our AIM (Advocacy, Inclusion, Motivation) group, she brings both passion and purpose to her work, advocating strongly for the individuals she supports. Shaina is known for her creative energy and enthusiasm in organizing engaging recreational activities that foster connection and joy.
Her commitment to creating a welcoming and uplifting environment is evident not only in her work but also in her personal style—her space is always thoughtfully decorated for the season and filled with vibrant, thriving plants. Shaina’s positivity and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of the All Pointe Care community.

Kayla LaPointe
Social Worker
Kayla is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with experience supporting diverse populations in both individual and group settings. She has worked across the lifespan, providing care to children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient and school-based environments. Kayla has personal and professional experience working with individuals with disabilities, which has fueled her passion for advocacy and commitment to creating safe, supportive spaces where people can grow and thrive. She is especially dedicated to being a voice for the special needs community and ensuring individuals and families receive the resources they need.
In her role as one of the Program Coordinators for the AIM (Advocacy, Inclusion, Motivation) group at All Pointe Care, Kayla combines her clinical expertise with her dedication to advocacy, empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential. In her free time, Kayla enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found listening to music and exploring new ways to relax and recharge.

Tony Morenault
Recruiter
Tony recently joined All Pointe Care as our new Recruiter. With over 11 years of experience in recruitment and a strong background in the healthcare field, he brings a deep passion for connecting people with meaningful employment opportunities. Tony is especially dedicated to supporting the special needs community, combining his expertise and compassion to ensure the right match for each individual, their family, and our staff.
Outside of work, Tony enjoys writing and sharing his creativity as a published author.
