OUR FAMILIES AND CHILDREN STAFF

All Pointe Care’s therapeutic support staff has a minimum of seven years experience and/or holds a bachelor’s degree in the human services field.

Our staff is fully certified (including CPR and first aid), follows strict safety rules and appropriateness of all activities, and follows mandated reporting of any suspicion of child abuse or neglect.

We conduct thorough background checks and reference verification for every single employee, provide comprehensive training and professional development and keep our management personally involved in every case or assignment we accept.

We also communicate regularly with social workers for each case.
